FAQ
What is American Urban Goose
American Urban Goose is a members-only service that helps you get tickets at cost to concerts, Broadway shows, sports, comedy, and movies — including hard-to-get or sold-out events. We handle the sourcing so you don’t have to.
How is this different from Ticketmaster or ticket apps?
Ticket apps show you what’s left. Ask Fitch actively sources what you want. We don’t mark up tickets or play pricing games — we pass tickets through at the price we pay and handle the work for you.
Are tickets really “at cost”?
Yes. When we source tickets, you pay the same price we pay. There are no added markups or hidden fees from us.
How does Ask Fitch make money then?
Ask Fitch is a membership service. The membership covers access, sourcing, and concierge support — not ticket markups.
Is this resale or scalping?
No. We operate as a sourcing and concierge service for members. We do not advertise or resell tickets to the public.
What kinds of events can you help with?
Concerts, Broadway and theater, sports, comedy shows, movies, and special events in NYC. If people are going, we can usually help.
Can you really get sold-out tickets?
Often, yes. While nothing is guaranteed, we work with multiple sourcing channels and brokers to find availability even when events appear sold out elsewhere.
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can request?
There is no hard limit, but Ask Fitch is designed for people who go out regularly — not unlimited or abuse-based usage. We prioritize fairness and sustainability for all members.
Do I have to buy tickets through Ask Fitch every month?
No. Use the service as much or as little as you want. Your membership gives you access when you need it.
What if I don’t find value in the membership?
You can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts.
Is this NYC only?
Yes. Ask Fitch is currently focused on New York City so we can deliver the best possible experience.
Who is this for?
Ask Fitch is for people who live in NYC, go out often, value good seats, hate ticket fees, and want a smarter, more efficient way to plan nights out.
Who is this not for?
If you rarely go out, are looking for free tickets, or want unlimited access, Ask Fitch is probably not a good fit.
Why do I have to request access?
We’re growing intentionally to maintain quality, sourcing reliability, and member experience.
